作者為富山縣人，20世紀初開始研習陶藝，曾於京都、九谷習陶，跟隨名家例如竹泉、鲁山人等學藝。
昭和35年建立千壽窯，為「日展入選」、「受賞」常客。昭和44年(1969)植樹節，作品代表富山縣獻日皇。
此套茶器約為1977年作品，為作者晚年(超過70歲)之作。
釉似天目，因出窯數十年而有開片。配原本共箱及陶歷簡介。實茶器珍品，適合自用與收藏。
Houhin Tea Set (Houhin Teapot + Water Cooling Bowl + 4 Small Cups)
Artist: Kogaku Yoshino
The artist, a native of Toyama Prefecture, began studying ceramic art in the early 20th century. He trained in Kyoto and Kutani, learning under legendary masters such as Chikuand (Chikusen) and Rosanjin.
In the 35th year of the Showa era (1960), he established the Senju Kiln. He was a frequent recipient of prestigious awards and a regular selection for the Nitten (Japan Fine Arts Exhibition). On Arbor Day in the 44th year of the Showa era (1969), his work was selected to represent Toyama Prefecture as an official gift presented to the Emperor of Japan.
Crafted around 1977, this tea set is a masterpiece from the artist's twilight years, created when he was over 70 years old.
The glaze resembles the mystical Tenmoku style, presenting natural crazing (crackelure) that has developed beautifully over the decades since it left the kiln. It comes complete with its original signed wooden box (tomobako) and the artist's ceramic biography pamphlet. A truly rare treasure of tea ware, perfect for both personal enjoyment and connoisseur collection.
