Due to the pandemic, there may be delay in delivery and service support. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Contact us for any questions.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over HK$2,000. For orders under HK$2,000, we charge HK$200 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made on Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text/ email message with the phone number / email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can choose free local pickup at our Shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on request. Please contact us by email: teatreasureshk@gmail.com for the shipping rates,  delivery timelines and other details.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tea Treasures  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
